Bryants Engineering is a local, owner-operated company whose owner started in Phoenix Asphalt Services over 35 years ago. Rick Bryant started in the asphalt and sweeping business with his Father, Mr. Billy Bryant, of “B & B Sweeping”, of Chandler, Arizona, as one of the first small asphalt businesses , back in 1977.

Rick Bryant learned all the aspects of the asphalt services industry by working with his father for many years and then working for various asphalt companies to eventually running his own business.
